Return & Refund Policy

At Namomica Laminates, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we have outlined a clear return and replacement policy for our valued business clients.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or pickup

  • The product delivered is not as per the order placed (e.g., wrong design, finish, or quantity)

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery or self-pickup

We do not accept returns for reasons such as color variation, change of mind, or order cancellation after dispatch.

2. Reporting a Return or Issue

To initiate a return or request a replacement, the following process must be followed:

  • Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, product defect, wrong item)

  • Share the original order number, invoice copy, and contact details

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Upon receiving your request, our team will conduct a verification of the complaint.

  • In certain cases, we may arrange for a physical inspection or request the return of the item to our warehouse.

  • Once the defect is confirmed, we will initiate a free replacement of the affected product(s) or provide a credit note/refund if replacement is not feasible.

4. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or usage after delivery/pickup will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • No returns will be accepted beyond the 48-hour window from receipt.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are non-returnable:

  • Custom-sized or special-finish laminates produced against a specific order

  • Products damaged after acceptance

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional sales, unless defective

6. Refund Policy

  • If a return is approved and a replacement is not possible, the Company may issue a credit note or initiate a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

  • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
