We request that all clients review the following terms carefully prior to using our services.

1. Company Overview

This website is operated by Namomica Laminates, a business entity registered and operating under the applicable laws of India, with its primary office located in Delhi. The website and its contents are intended solely for business-to-business (B2B) use.

2. Eligibility and Use

Use of this website and our products is strictly limited to registered businesses, firms, institutions, and professionals. By engaging with our platform, the User confirms that purchases are being made solely for commercial or professional use, and not for resale in contravention of any laws.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • All product orders placed via the website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Namomica Laminates.

  • The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or verification issues.

  • A minimum order quantity of 30 laminate sheets is required for delivery orders. Orders not meeting this threshold will not qualify for shipping services.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All product prices listed on the website are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), shipping charges, and any other statutory levies unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable shall be the one prevailing at the time of placing the order.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless the Buyer has a separately negotiated credit arrangement with the Company.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Delivery services are currently offered exclusively within Delhi and NCR.

  • All eligible orders will be dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

  • A flat-rate shipping fee will apply to all delivery orders, details of which will be communicated during checkout.

  • Alternatively, Clients may opt for store pickup, in which case the order will be ready for collection on the same day or the next business day, depending on the time of order placement.

6. Returns and Replacement Policy

  • Returns shall be accepted only in instances of manufacturing defects or delivery of incorrect products, and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported issue prior to approving any replacement or refund.

  • No return or replacement requests will be entertained beyond the stipulated time frame.

7. Product Representation and Samples

  • While we strive to accurately represent all product colors, textures, and finishes on our website, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or production differences.

  • Clients are encouraged to request physical samples for approval prior to placing bulk orders.
